Method of Requesting Application Forms (Annual Distribution and No Quota for Application Forms Distribution):

Submitting Application Forms (No Limit on Acceptance of Admission Application Forms):
Date: Applications will be accepted starting from 3 June, 2024 (Monday)
Method: Parents can submit their applications (1) in person, (2) by mail or (3) by dropping them into the school’s mailbox located next to the Kindness door.
Time: If you wish to submit in person, please do so from Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm) and on Saturday (9:00 am to 1:00 pm).

Please ensure that the following documents are attached when submitting your application:
(a) completed application form with photos affixed
(b) the photocopy of applicant child’s Hong Kong Birth Certificate or Birth Certificate (non-local) and document(s) permitting him / her to stay in Hong Kong
(c) vaccination record (photocopies of both the front and back pages)
(d) three envelopes (with children’s name, addressed (children’s home), stamps $3.3 )
(e) Application fee HK$40 cash or check 「Cheque Payee: Peace Evangelical Centre Kindergarten (Ngau Tau Kok)」
＊ the application fee is non-returnable whether the application is successful or not
＊ applications lacking the necessary documents will be unable to be processed.

Application for the “2025/26 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” :
Parents are required to apply for the “2025/26 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” (hereafter referred as “2025/26 RC”) for their children with the Education Bureau between September and November 2024. The application for the “2025/26 RC” has been open since September this year.

Admission Criteria:
(1) Interview performance
(2) The applicant with sibling(s) currently studying in the kindergarten will be given due priority consideration.
(3) Parents agree with the school’s educational philosophy.
(4) Live nearby the kindergarten or a location that the school bus services.
(5) The applicant from families in need will be given due priority consideration when applying for whole day classes.
＊ Total No. of Permitted Accommodation for this year is 29 for whole day class, 30 students for half-day class.
＊ As the number of school places is limited, please understand that not all applicants fulfilling the priority consideration will be guaranteed.

Interview Arrangements (The school will arrange interviews for all applicants):
Date: 1st November 2024 (Friday afternoon) and 2nd November, 2024 (Saturday all day)
Time: Exact timings will be notified separately (please check your mailbox)
Format: Face-to-face Group interviews *One parent must accompany the child
*In case of any impact due to the pandemic or weather conditions, parents will be informed via WhatsApp.

Admission Arrangements for Non-Chinese Speaking Children:
During interviews with non-Chinese speaking children, the school can provide translation services as needed or parents and children can bring a Chinese or English-speaking friend or relative to assist in communication.

Announcement of Admission Results:
We will inform parents of the K1 interview results before 13 December 2024 by post (Including Successful applicants and Applicants on the waiting list).
